Elite Instruction. Proven Leadership. Real-World Experience.

When you train with Glendale School of Security & Investigative Services, you are not learning from theory—you are learning from a lifetime of real-world leadership, enforcement, and instruction at the highest levels.

Your instructor brings a distinguished background beginning with service in the United States Army, where he served as a Senior Drill Sergeant, responsible for developing discipline, leadership, and operational readiness in soldiers under demanding conditions. This foundation established the standard of excellence that continues to define every training program delivered today.

Following military service, he built an extensive career with a major law enforcement agency, serving in critical roles including Range Master and Defensive Tactics Instructor. In these positions, he trained officers in firearms proficiency, use of force, tactical response, and survival under pressure—skills where failure is not an option.

In addition to field experience, he brings over two decades of academic instruction as a Criminal Justice and Sociology Professor, educating and mentoring students at the college level. His teaching is not abstract—it is grounded in real cases, real consequences, and real-world application.

He is also the author of multiple professional security and training texts, and a dedicated course developer who has designed comprehensive programs used by security professionals across multiple sectors.

Why This Matters to You

Many training programs are built by individuals with limited field exposure or minimal instructional depth.
This is not one of them.

This training is built on:

  • Military discipline and      leadership development
  • Law enforcement tactical      expertise
  • Instructor-level certification in      firearms and defensive tactics
  • Decades of classroom and      real-world teaching experience
  • Proven course development used in      professional environments

The Bottom Line

If you are serious about entering or advancing in the security field, your training matters.

You are not just enrolling in a course—
you are learning from someone who has trained, led, taught, and operated at a professional level for decades.

Train with experience. Train with authority. Train to a higher standard.

A serene landscape featuring rolling hills, a clear blue sky, and a tranquil lake reflecting the scenery.
